Hi, I'm Angela,

I’m a Cambridge University educated scientist turned lawyer, who LOVES my sleep! Before our son Atlas was born, I had heard story after story from friends and family about babies who didn’t sleep. I really value the importance of sleep, so before and after our son’s arrival, I delved into the world of baby sleep, learning EVERYTHING there is to know.

With our help and guidance our son became a great sleeper. And so the idea of Baby Smiles Club was born! My partner, Dan, and I run it together.

Our program is for babies from birth up to one year old. The program will help you to:
Understand your baby’s sleep needs

Create a safe and cosy sleep environment
Read your baby's cues
Help your baby to take a long nighttime sleep (8 hours from 3 months and 11–12 hours from 6 months)
✔ Establish good daytime naps
Create the perfect routine to best suit your baby and family
Help your baby to fall asleep by themselves
 Reduce night wakes
 Have confidence as a parent
