Baby Sleep Program Refund 

Our Baby Sleep Program is designed to help babies establish healthy sleeping patterns.  We hope it helps you, and we have made our best attempts to create a program that is practical and useful.  Of course, all babies are different, and if a baby has been sleeping poorly, it can take time to see improvements.   

If you have bought our Baby Sleep Program and have been provided with log-in details, but have not accessed our Website, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.  After 14 days has lapsed, you are not entitled to a refund.    

Once you have accessed our Website, if you are not satisfied with our Baby Sleep Program, we are able to offer you a full refund provided the following conditions are met: 

  1. You have used the Baby Sleep Program for at least 4 weeks, and have used your best endeavours to use the information provided to help with your baby’s sleep; 
  2. You have not seen any improvements with your baby’s sleep; 
  3. You have already contacted us to try to resolve any issues you are having; 
  4. You purchased the Baby Sleep Program less than 2 months ago; and 
  5. Your baby is not older than 12 months.  

We are unable to provide a refund if any of the above conditions are not met.  

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at [email protected].  If you are eligible for a refund, we will use our best endeavours to refund you within 3 working days of this being agreed.
