What is our Baby Sleep Program?
Our Baby Sleep Program is an online program to guide you through the complete first year of your baby’s life. We have an ebook and videos, telling you everything you need to know about your baby’s sleep. The program is easy to use and navigate (we know parents have limited time!).
Our approach to baby sleep is modern, and is empathetic, caring and responsive to a baby’s needs. Our program is based on the science of how babies sleep, backed up by research from numerous worldwide studies. It's designed to foster and strengthen the parent-child bond, and to create a secure attachment. And our advice is based on the most up-to-date sources worldwide, so you know you can rely on it.

I’m Angela, a Cambridge University graduate in Natural Sciences, a certified child sleep consultant and a former always-on-the-go London lawyer. And most importantly, I’m a parent like you.
Trust me, I know how heartbreaking it is to hear your baby cry, and to see them struggling to fall asleep. And I know what it’s like to wake up time after time in the night, and to feel exhausted come morning.
When I found out I was pregnant with our son, Atlas, I delved into the world of baby sleep, reading books, countless articles and scientific research papers from across the world. I'd heard the sleepless night horror stories and didn’t want that to happen to us!
The research was well worth all the effort. From 3 months old, our son had a solid 8 hour sleep every night, one night feed, and then happily went back to sleep again until morning wake. And from 7 months old, he slept a solid 12 hours - every night!
We didn’t spend hours rocking or singing him to sleep. We didn’t use expensive gadgets. We just put him gently into his cot for sleeping, kissed him goodnight and he happily settled himself to sleep.
It was the same with his daytime naps. He’d fall asleep either in his cot or stroller, and wake up in good spirits and ready for fun!
And so began the story of Baby Smiles Club. We wanted to use everything that we’d learned to help other babies and families. With my background in Natural Sciences and researched-focussed career as a lawyer, I continued studying everything there is to know about baby sleep, and obtained a certification in child sleep consulting. And thus our Baby Sleep Program was born.
