Hi, I'm Angela,

I’m a certified child sleep consultant and have an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University. I co-founded Baby Smiles Club together with my partner Dan. 

Our Baby Sleep Program is a modern, gentle and caring approach to baby sleep. It's based on the most up-to-date science about how babies sleep, and created with kindness and empathy. Our approach is to help a baby to get the best sleep that they can, whilst strengthening the parent-baby bond. 

We've helped families all across the world with their baby's sleep. And we'd love to help you too.

Create a safe and cosy sleep environment
Read your baby's cues
Help your baby to take a long nighttime sleep (8 hours from 3 months and 11–12 hours from 6 months)
✔ Establish good daytime naps
Create the perfect routine to best suit your baby and family
Help your baby to fall asleep by themselves
 Reduce night wakes
 Strengthen the bond with your baby
